Store-bought strands fail in PNW rain and wind. We use commercial-grade, weather-sealed LED lighting and proper roofline clips — no staples, no nails, nothing that damages gutters, fascia, or shingles. It is the same careful ladder and roof work we do on gutter and moss jobs all fall.

How much does Christmas light installation cost in Vancouver, WA?
Every roofline is different, so each home receives a free custom quote, usually within 24 hours. Linear footage, roof height and pitch, and extras such as trees or wreaths affect the scope. Our installer guide explains what to compare.
Do you supply the lights?
Yes. We install commercial-grade LEDs cut to fit your roofline so the display can be maintained consistently throughout the season. We do not install customer-supplied strands.
When should I book holiday lighting?
September and October offer the best choice of install dates. The calendar is first-come, and early bookings have the widest selection of dates before Thanksgiving.
Is takedown included?
Yes. We return in January to remove the lighting and clips, so you do not need to climb a ladder or store tangled strands.
Can you bundle it with gutter cleaning?
Yes. Fall is gutter season, and both services can be quoted for the same scheduling window when availability allows.
